The checker. The Switch-Check runs entirely in your browser. Your pet's conditions, dates, state, and premiums are computed on your device and never sent to us — there is no upload, no account, and no analytics on your inputs. We never ask for vet records, policy numbers, or carrier logins, anywhere on this site.
What we do receive. If you buy the Playbook, our payment provider processes the payment; we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your card details. If you write to help@doogex.com, we receive your email and reply to it.
No resale. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, carriers, or third parties for marketing.
Updates. If this policy changes, the change is noted here with a date.
